Hello. I’m Renate, an Armagh-based photographer available for bookings in Northern Ireland & Ireland.
My style of photography is all about the people – I place emphasis on capturing emotions and fun moments.
CANDID MOMENTS
Some like to pose for photos, but I feel anyone looks their best when photographed naturally.
That's why it can be worth while booking a photographer - I will give you some general direction while still keeping things natural and relaxed.
My favourite shots are the candid ones - it's you not trying too hard and just being you.
WHO AM I ?
Originally from Latvia I’ve been living in Armagh, Northern Ireland for the past while. I’m a wife and mother of two energetic little boys who take up most of my time, the rest of it I like to spend on my passion - photography.
My educational background is in Audiovisual Media Arts, Fine Arts and Design. I would definitely call myself an aesthete and like to bring a level of aestheticism to everything I do.
I love art as well as storytelling, and photography feels like combining them both. Photography doesn’t feel like work to me, it’s a true passion.
